International Metal Fabrication manufacturer with a new location in the Upstate of SC near Clinton is looking for a seasoned Sales/Account Manager for a national role. They are looking for a candidate with expertise in metal fabrication across the aerospace, agriculture, construction, and warehouse automation industry. This role will be responsible for developing and managing new and existing customer relationships within these sectors. This includes identifying potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales of racking and fabrication solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the aerospace, agriculture, construction and warehouse automation sectors.
- Develop and manage relationships with key decision makers.
- Understand and communicate the unique features and benefits of racking and fabrication solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Strong blueprint reading skills and working knowledge of e-Drawings preferred.
- Understanding of costing techniques.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to prepare and deliver documents and presentations.
- Ability to interact professionally with Customers at all levels.
- Able to work effectively with all departments and associates at all levels of the organization.
- 5+ years of experience in metal fabrication sales and account management.
- 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication or engineering design and project management.
- Ability to read or use CAD programs such as: SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX, Fusion 360
