Our client in Conover, NC is seeking a Sales Coordinator to assist the sales and service teams through various administrative duties.
This is a direct-hire, fully onsite role. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities:

Perform various administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, tidying the office, and answering phone calls

Support the sales team with creating proposals and managing marketing collateral

Assist the service team with entering orders, providing quotes, and managing inventory

Provide excellent customer service

File documents and run monthly reports

Improve processes and procedures
Qualifications:

Associate’s degree

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong computer skills

High attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
