Our client in Conover, NC is seeking a Sales Coordinator to assist the sales and service teams through various administrative duties.  

 

This is a direct-hire, fully onsite role. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.  

                 

Responsibilities:  

  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, tidying the office, and answering phone calls 

  • Support the sales team with creating proposals and managing marketing collateral 

  • Assist the service team with entering orders, providing quotes, and managing inventory 

  • Provide excellent customer service  

  • File documents and run monthly reports 

  • Improve processes and procedures 

 

Qualifications:  

  • Associate’s degree  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 

  • Strong computer skills  

  • High attention to detail  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
