The Senior Accountant will manage the financial accounting of the organization to ensure the transactions are recorded, documented, reviewed, and supported in accordance with the company policies. This position is responsible for producing periodic financial reports and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
Financial Accounting

Manage Accounts Receivables; create and process invoices, apply payments from clients, coordinate with internal staff and clients for timely collection of accounts receivable.

Reconcile periodic credit card statements, bank statements, and ACH transactions. Manage the monthly closing process of the general ledger, which includes monthly reporting, analytical review, pre and post-closing entries, general ledger reconciliations.

Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Assist in the annual budgeting and planning process; assist with the comparison to actual results with a view to identify, explain, and correct variances as appropriate.
Internal Controls & Compliance
- Assist with external audit preparation.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficient within Excel
