Our client, a reputable banking institution, is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Associate to support their Operations Financial Consulting Group on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong computer proficiency, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to take direction well in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to the Financial Consulting team.

Assist with data entry, documentation, and file management.

Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial and client information.

Support day-to-day tasks and special projects as assigned.

Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Ability to take direction and complete assignments with minimal supervision.

Previous administrative or operations support experience preferred.

Must successfully pass a credit check.
Additional Information:
Location: Downtown Columbia, SC
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
