Company is looking to hire a VP of Sales with proven success in sales and sales management. This person will be a crucial member of the team, overseeing the entire sales process for 2 product lines, including prospecting, lead generations, managing large accounts and closing deals. Company offers a base ($75-85k) and bonus for total compensation of $100k+.

Position is based in Mauldin, SC, with flexibility. Travel is limited to trade shows, industry events, and the occasional visit to large clients.
Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with third-part vendors, including distributors, retailers and wholesalers, to gain their business. The sales process is very relationship based.
- Work closely with product development and marketing to create compelling sales collateral.
- Develop sales strategy as needed to grow business and build relationships with new accounts.
- Hire, mentor and develop sales team.
- Handle company forecasting, sales team goal setting, etc.
- Work with sales team to help meet and exceed goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience, experience in the promotional product space preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Proven experience meeting sales targets and growing business.
- Must be comfortable traveling for occasional day trips.
- 4-year degree preferred but not required.
