Camey Kauffman

Senior Business Development

Camey serves as a Senior Business Development Professional for FGP. She works with clients in all industries to help them achieve their goals and solve problems by identifying strategic talent solutions. Camey started her career in IT Staffing and spent the last seven years helping organizations identify great IT talent before transitioning to finding talent in all verticals of business. She prides herself in taking time to actively listen and to quickly get to the root of the problem. She enjoys problem solving and building new relationships daily, and the achievement of building great companies by connecting them with great people.

Previously, Camey was a member of the Varsity Swim Team at The Ohio State University, where she had the opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream of competing on the collegiate stage. She is an Ohio State graduate.

What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?

I love Lake Cumberland, but truly anywhere on a lake. My dream destination is Greece.

What is your favorite game or sport to watch or play?

I enjoy watching college football, Go Bucks!

What is your proudest accomplishment?

Finishing off my 14-year swimming career on one of the biggest swimming stages in the world, the US Olympic Trials.
