Lauren McGowan

Recruiter

Lauren serves as a Recruiter in FGP’s Greenville office in the professional staffing division. She works to source top talent to help clients and candidates achieve their goals and find the right fit for their needs. She prioritizes building relationships with each person she works with, encouraging her candidates while connecting them with meaningful new opportunities.

Lauren has worked in both our Staffing and Executive Search Divisions at FGP. Prior to joining FGP, Lauren worked in nonprofit development. As a native of Greenville, SC, she enjoys spending time in the community, serving as a member of a local non-profit board.

What is your favorite game or sport to watch or play?

I love to play soccer. I played growing up and then played at the collegiate level at Bob Jones University.

What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?

I’ve been to Brazil and would love to go back. I would also love to go to Iceland.

What was your first job?

I worked at Rita’s Italian Ice in High School!
