An established construction company in Greenville, SC is seeking an Project Coordinator to provide support to the project management team and field personnel.
 
Permanent, full-time opportunity that is 100% onsite in Downtown Greenville.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support bid department with obtaining subcontractor bids for evaluation by our project managers
  • Coordinate pre-start activities for projects
  • Execute job startup tasks
  • Prepare job notebook for field manager
  • Provide updates during job progress
  • Process client & subcontractor change orders
  • Track down various paperwork from field manager
  • Project closeout for client
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 1-2 years of professional administrative experience
  • Industry familiarity a plus
  • Highly responsive with sharp attention to detail
  • Technical aptitude to learn platforms such as Sage 300, Smartbid, Bluebook, etc.
  • MS Office
 
Benefits and Compensation:
  • $55,000 – $60,000
