Our client, a well-established company in the Denver – Moline area, is seeking a dependable and tech-savvy Office Assistant/Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis, with potential for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Receive, open, and route mail
- Scan bills to Accounts Payable for processing
- Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed
- Perform general office duties to support daily operations
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Solid computer and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- A track record of reliability and punctuality
Pay: $25–$28 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (30-minute lunch) or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Start Date: ASAP
