Product Manager

We’re seeking a Product Manager to act as the key link between business operations and technical teams, overseeing the full product lifecycle—from identifying business needs to delivering solutions that drive real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Gather & Define Requirements
Partner with business leaders and end users to uncover goals, pain points, and success metrics. Translate findings into actionable product requirements and user stories.

  • Drive Product Delivery
Oversee the product journey from concept to release. Review features to ensure they meet business expectations and user needs.

  • Lead Communication & Enablement
Act as the face of the product. Share updates, lead demos, coordinate training, and gather feedback across departments.

  • Prioritize & Plan Strategically
Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap based on business value, urgency, and resource constraints.

  • Support Change Management
Anticipate adoption challenges and guide teams through change with proactive communication, documentation, and support.

  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams
Ensure alignment among software developers, business intelligence, IT, and operations teams to keep delivery on track.

  • Leverage Data & Analytics
SQL and data validation skills are a strong plus—especially for reporting, QA, and collaborating with BI teams.

Example Project: Platform Migration

Lead the full lifecycle of a business platform migration:

  • Conduct discovery sessions with department heads

  • Translate workflows into requirements and wireframes

  • Prioritize features in Agile development cycles

  • Coordinate reporting migrations and cross-department QA

  • Manage change communications, training, and post-launch support

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in product management, business analysis, or similar roles

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments

  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and business process skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
