Job description

Our client, a national law firm, is seeking Client Contact Specialists to perform a variety of administrative functions to assist paralegals and attorneys in representing their clients fairly and efficiently by completing all intake and case related documentation on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Call potential and/or existing clients to provide or obtain information
  • Maintain consistent contact with current clients through regular follow-up
  • Process requests, research, and update information in the Case Management system accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of progressive work experience in a law firm or comparable field preferred
  • Strong customer service focus; track record of providing exceptional customer service via phone
  • High school diploma required
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual a plus with pay increase

Weekly day range:

  • Monday- Friday (8:30-5 or 9-5:30)
