Our client is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Route Service Representative to join our team and support accounts in the Columbia, SC area. This individual will represent the brand in the field, delivering and picking up products such as uniforms, towels, and mats. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, thrives in a hands-on role, and takes pride in representing a company that truly cares about its customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated customer route
• Build trust and positive relationships with customers through reliable service
• Deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats, and other facility items
• Maintain high standards of service and product quality
• Proactively address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
• Complete daily paperwork and documentation accurately and on time
• Follow all safety, driving, and vehicle maintenance protocols

Qualifications:
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Friendly, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional service
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Prior route or delivery experience is a plus, but not required

Location: Columbia, SC 

Pay: $40,000 annually
