Looking for someone available to start within the next week or two to work until September 1st covering an extended leave.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Accurately post daily timesheets for employees
- Enter and track employee time off, including vacation, sick leave, and bereavement
- Scan and organize delivery and pick-up slips into designated job folders
- Digitally file and assign yellow cards to corresponding jobs
- Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience required
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient with basic office software and scanning/document management systems
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Experience in an industrial or construction setting is a plus
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Onsite Role: This position requires physical presence at our Clifton, NJ office
- Temporary Assignment: Through September 1, 2025
