Required Attributes:

  • Proven ability to engage effectively with faculty, staff, and executive leadership—exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Background in network infrastructure planning and system administration.
  • Strategic thinker who is also comfortable rolling up sleeves when needed (including help desk escalation handling).
  • Current with evolving technologies in education, cloud services, and systems integration.
  • Previous team lead and/or managerial experience within a technical setting.
