Our client is seeking a highly motivated, flexible, and results-driven Systems Architect to support secure, compliant operations and manage Archer development efforts. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working on complex, change-oriented projects.

This role involves building, customizing, and deploying RSA Archer applications using existing use cases, ensuring alignment with federal and state compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customize and deploy Archer solutions based on stakeholder requirements
  • Guide use case customization vs. out-of-the-box implementation
  • Develop, test, and deploy Archer applications across multiple environments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align functional needs with application design
  • Configure dashboards, iViews, reports, and integrate data feeds
  • Manage user accounts, workflows, data feeds, and report access
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Administer LDAP integration with Active Directory

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of RSA Archer design, development, and deployment
  • Strong SDLC experience
  • Experience supporting Archer in a multi-environment setup
  • Deep knowledge of workflows, dashboards, data feeds, and use cases
  • Ability to translate business needs into Archer applications
  • Familiarity with FISMA, NIST, and related security/privacy standards

Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • RSA Archer Certified Associate & Certified Professional
