Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with builders, production builders, and retail clients
- Gather and confirm fixture specifications
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and company
- Utilize Google Suite for documentation, planning, and communication
- Submit and track work orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Review and verify measurements and other key estimates
- Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain project accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure client satisfaction
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role ideally
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or related field
- Experience in the construction or fabrication industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and construction documents
- Basic math competency, particularly with measurements and square footage
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Project Manager Salary: ~$45,000 annually
- Project Assistant Salary: ~$35,000 annually
