Reputable company in Greenville is seeking an experienced and highly organized Event Coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of various events that support the organization’s strategic goals. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who can manage all event logistics from initial planning to post-event analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all logistical components of events, including registration, venue selection, catering, signage, reminders, and post-event surveys.
  • Partner with internal teams to define event agendas, themes, and target audiences.
  • Develop and maintain event timelines, budgets, and task checklists.
  • Identify and secure venues, vendors, speakers, catering, and audiovisual services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and venue partners.
  • Create and manage event materials such as signage, name badges, programs, and reminder communications.
  • Handle attendee registration, respond to inquiries, and manage related communications.
  • Work closely with the communications team to promote events through digital and print channels.
  • Provide on-site event support, ensuring smooth logistics and resolving any issues in real-time.
  • Assess event outcomes and prepare post-event evaluation reports, including improvement recommendations.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate member and contact information in iMIS.
  • Manage event records and logistics using iMIS software.
  • Design and implement event surveys and feedback forms.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in event coordination or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting platforms, survey tools, and form-building applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizing, scheduling, and managing meetings and events of varying scales.
