Key Requirements:

  • Industry experience is a must – candidates must come from a related or relevant IT/technical industry background.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies and Azure is required.
  • Must have excellent time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should be comfortable working with both sales and support teams, especially in environments where the engineer plays a key role in implementation and solution delivery.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams to scope, design, and implement technical solutions is important.
Types of Projects This Role Will Handle:
  • Installing and maintaining products and services such as:
  • Cybersecurity solutions
  • Antivirus software
  • Remote monitoring tools
  • Desktop/server/laptop infrastructure
  • Firewalls and other IT infrastructure
  • Performing onsite infrastructure assessments to evaluate client environments and recommend improvements
  • Leading server migrations (on-prem to cloud or updated on-prem hardware)
  • Migrating systems to SharePoint
  • Must have transferable knowledge of AWS and Azure platforms
