We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Accounts Receivable / Credit Analyst to join a growing team in Spartanburg, SC. This is a full time, 3 month temporary contract. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of AR/Credit experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound collection calls to customers with overdue balances
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries
  • Issue past-due reminders, statements, and collection letters
  • Monitor and release credit holds on orders
  • Track and follow up on pending credit card transactions
  • Process credit balances, refunds, and account adjustments
  • Provide backup support to other team members within the Credit and AR department
  • Participate in ad hoc projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in credit/collections
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience working with ERP systems

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
  • 3 month Temporary Assignment

Pay:

  • $17 – $18 hourly
