Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and enhance current SCEIS change management processes.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to refine and align processes with best practices and tool capabilities.
- Evaluate and configure SAP Solution Manager and other change management tools.
- Develop and document change management procedures for functional and technical workflows.
- Train SCEIS teams on approved change management protocols.
- Support processes such as Requests for Change (RFC), system upgrades, SAP OSS Note and support pack installations.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with SAP software analysis, design, and development.
- Proven experience with SAP ECC, SRM, and BW modules.
- Expertise in SAP upgrades, OSS notes, support pack installations, and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with SAP change management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Public Sector experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and SQL database technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, Project).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years).
