As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO of a well-respected company in the Greenville office while collaborating with senior leaders across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, providing support, attending meetings, and taking detailed minutes. This role requires a high degree of professionalism and discretion, as well as the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
 
This position is 100% onsite with no opportunity for a hybrid schedule.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and special events while optimizing time and resources.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the CEO, prioritizing and managing incoming requests and communications.
  • Meeting Coordination: Attend meetings with the CEO and other senior leaders, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made and that meetings are conducted smoothly.
  • Minutes and Documentation: Take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings, providing timely and clear documentation to relevant stakeholders.
  • Event Support: Assist with the planning and coordination of special events, which may occasionally require evenings and weekends.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and other leaders to support organizational initiatives and ensure effective communication across teams.
 
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work onsite 100% of the time and accommodate occasional evening and weekend hours for special events.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in minute-taking and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree
 
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $65,000-72,000
