A financial company in Greenville, SC is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support their Receptionist. This is a fully onsite, temp-to-hire position with hours 9-am to 6pm.
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily assigned administrative tasks
- Run business and personal errands for the office
- Assist with catering and events
- Coordinate meetings and travel plans
- Interact with clients
- Order office supplies
Qualifications:
- Professional office experience
- Sharp organizational skills
- Great communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Ability to occasionally work until 6pm
- Ability to occasionally purchase alcoholic beverages for business events
Benefits & Compensation:
