Key Responsibilities:
- Cover the front desk: greet visitors, answer calls, handle inquiries, distribute mail/packages, and manage conference room calendars.
- Assist with purchasing: gather vendor quotes, process orders, code expenses, and ensure documentation is complete.
- Coordinate travel: arrange lodging, registration, and transportation; process requests; manage confirmations/cancellations; and reconcile expenses.
- Handle deposits: prepare and deposit funds promptly, complete required forms, and keep accurate records.
- Verify deliveries and services: check against purchase orders, confirm receipts, resolve issues, and coordinate payments.
- Process recurring expenses: manage purchasing card transactions, order office supplies, and reconcile monthly statements.
- Support contracts: maintain contract files, track deadlines, route contracts and amendments for approval, update records, and coordinate with vendors and staff.
Pay: $20/hr
