We are seeking a professional Asset Manager to join a growing team in Greenville, SC. This is a full time, permanent/Direct hire position with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have previous asset management experience in a multi family real estate or property management setting.

Job Description:

  • Assist in managing investor reporting, recording capital, auditing, and oversight of property accounting
  • Track property operating results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Track development projects and their respective budgets as well a construction draws and financials
  • Oversee cash flow analysis of all properties
  • Assist with quarterly reports
  • Create reporting for all properties to review and assess performance
  • Report trends for property market surveys
  • Travel to sites for visits and provide reporting on observations and areas of improvement
  • Oversee communication between the asset management team and property management on lease up assets
  • Oversee timelines on development and lease up assets
  • Assist in the oversight of new asset transition from setting up tracking documents, reporting, contract transition and other similar tasks

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of expereince in multifamily real estate
  • 1 year of finance experience in multi family real estate or property management
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Yardi
  • STRONG attention to detail with excellent accuracy
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)
  • Onsite

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $70,000 – $95,000 (Depending on qualifications & experience)
