Megan Jamison

As a Staffing Operations Specialist, Megan supports both the sales and recruiting teams. She helps identify top candidates, supports internal operations, and manages the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the team running smoothly. Megan enjoys being the connector between people and processes – ensuring our candidates and clients have a positive experience working with our team.

Before joining FGP, Megan spent over five years leading operations at a boutique executive search firm. She gained experience sourcing candidates, managing CRM systems, coordinating events, and training team members to perform their best.

What do you love to do outside of work?

I love being near (or in!) the water with my two golden retrievers, Rosie and Bonnie. Whether we’re swimming, paddleboarding, floating, or just watching them splash around, it’s my favorite way to relax and recharge!

What’s the most daring thing you’ve ever done?

I flew to Okinawa, Japan to be a date at a Marine Corps Ball for someone I had never met! It was completely out of my comfort zone but ended up being an unforgettable adventure.

If you had a warning label, what would yours say?

“May over-plan your weekend.” I love a good to-do list, even for relaxing.
