A faith-based nonprofit organization in Taylors, SC is seeking a mission-minded Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to their Executive Director. This is a direct hire, permanent opportunity with full time hours and is on-site. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and will have prior experience in coordinating nonprofit operations and providing executive administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Director with administrative functions
  • Manage office functions and physical properties
  • Provide calendar management, appointments, and travel reservations
  • Support with various projects from inception to completion

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in administrative/executive support
  • Prior experience supporting executive leadership in nonprofit operations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $50K-$55K
  • Monday – Friday schedule
