A faith-based nonprofit organization in Taylors, SC is seeking a mission-minded Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to their Executive Director. This is a direct hire, permanent opportunity with full time hours and is on-site. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and will have prior experience in coordinating nonprofit operations and providing executive administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Director with administrative functions
- Manage office functions and physical properties
- Provide calendar management, appointments, and travel reservations
- Support with various projects from inception to completion
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in administrative/executive support
- Prior experience supporting executive leadership in nonprofit operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50K-$55K
- Monday – Friday schedule
