Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to support a client in scheduling doctor’s appointments for claimants. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate coordination between claimants and medical providers. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for a long-term temporary role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm medical appointments for claimants in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate professionally with claimants, providers, and internal teams
- Enter and update appointment details and documentation in internal systems
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all data is current and properly tracked
- Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and resolving scheduling issues as needed
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to generate documents and manage appointment tracking spreadsheets
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

- Mon – Fri schedule from 8:30 AM to 5 PM
