Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with branch sales teams to uncover opportunities, create sales strategies, and provide support that accelerates revenue.
- Use a solution-selling approach to analyze client workflows and recommend technology solutions to suite the client.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on professional services, visual solutions, and managed network services—training both sales staff and customers as needed.
- Coordinate with specialized partner resources and internal technical teams to support pre- and post-sales activities.
- Participate in regular product and sales training sessions (on-site and remote; travel required).
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales activity reports and performance analyses to management, recommending adjustments to strategy when needed.
- Contribute to proposals and bid/RFP responses related to solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Perform additional projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of B2B technology sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding quotas ideal
- Enterprise Content Management (ECM) sales experience strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and consultative selling skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and customer-service abilities.
- Advanced problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field strongly preferred.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm on-site
Compensation & Benefits:
