Our client in the technology solutions space is hiring a Solutions Sales Specialist for their Asheville, NC office. This role is a quota focused role focused on driving revenue for the software, visual solutions, and managed network services for the company. This specialist partners with the sales team to identify opportunities, craft solutions, and support customers from pre-sale through implementation.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with branch sales teams to uncover opportunities, create sales strategies, and provide support that accelerates revenue.
  • Use a solution-selling approach to analyze client workflows and recommend technology solutions to suite the client.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on professional services, visual solutions, and managed network services—training both sales staff and customers as needed.
  • Coordinate with specialized partner resources and internal technical teams to support pre- and post-sales activities.
  • Participate in regular product and sales training sessions (on-site and remote; travel required).
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales activity reports and performance analyses to management, recommending adjustments to strategy when needed.
  • Contribute to proposals and bid/RFP responses related to solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Perform additional projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of B2B technology sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding quotas ideal
  • Enterprise Content Management (ECM) sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and consultative selling skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and customer-service abilities.
  • Advanced problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field strongly preferred.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm on-site

Compensation & Benefits:
