We’re looking for a tech-savvy communicator who enjoys helping professionals work smarter through better use of digital tools. In this role, you’ll combine business analysis, workflow improvement, and hands-on instruction to increase adoption of collaboration, automation, and AI technologies across the organization.

You’ll lead training and coaching on tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Litera, BigHand, CoCounsel, and Westlaw Precision, creating user-friendly guides and tutorials that make complex technology approachable.

Ideal candidates:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology training, digital adoption, or business analysis, strong Microsoft 365 expertise, and familiarity with legal or professional-services software
  • A passion for efficiency, clear communication, and empowering users to embrace new technology is key.
