Our client is looking for an candidate to handle their IT Operations and Customer Support in a professional financial environment. The role includes troubleshooting end-user issues, supporting office technology, managing assets, imaging computers, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining process documentation. Occasional weekend testing may be required (1–2 hours, remote). This is a fulltime and 100% onsite.
Responsibilities:

Provide IT end-user support (Windows, Office, printers, A/V, network)

Track work using a ticketing system
Required Skills:

2+ years IT end-user support experience
