In this role, you’ll connect directly with residents, identify their needs, and introduce them to the advantages of the services and products offered by the client—all while growing your career and making a meaningful impact in your local area. The Outside Sales Representative must be comfortable traveling to Tifton, Blacksheer, Leesburg, and Waycross.
Responsibilities:
- Drive local sales by engaging with potential residential customers in a door-to-door setting to promote fiber internet, TV, and phone services
- Build meaningful connections quickly and confidently to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals with the support of a collaborative team and proven training
- Work on the move across your territory in a company vehicle (when available) or your own with mileage reimbursement
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle objections and turn interest into sales
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel across assigned counties in the South Georgia region
Compensation & Benefits Overview:
- Base salary of $40-42k plus commission
- Full benefits offered including medical, dental, vision, retirement, etc
