Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily technician schedules, confirm appointments, and adjust for delays or emergencies.
- Prepare accurate quotes, collaborate on pricing, and manage approvals and work orders.
- Act as the main point of contact, provide updates, and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain service records, process purchase orders, and support reporting and workflow improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or service coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic technical knowledge of parts or services (training provided).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
