We’re seeking a motivated and personable Inside Sales Representative to join a leading generic pharmaceutical distributor in Spartanburg, SC. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and has the “sparkle factor” — that natural ability to connect and close.

You’ll be assigned a specific territory (state or multiple states) with leads provided — no need to bring a book of business. This role is heavily focused on outbound calling, relationship building, and consultative selling to independent pharmacies.

This position will begin onsite in Spartanburg, SC. Once fully trained and consistently meeting performance goals, team members are eligible for hybrid or remote schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 50+ outbound calls daily to pharmacies in your assigned territory
  • Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy clients
  • Prospect new business and follow up on warm leads
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored product solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals with confidence
  • Manage daily activity and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer needs quickly
  • Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm in every customer interaction

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Energetic, confident communicator with natural sales charisma
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed goals
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and fast-paced work

Nice-to-Haves

  • 1+ year experience in B2B or inside sales (pharma, insurance, mortgage, call center, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or prior pharmacy tech experience
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Understanding of consultative or conceptual selling

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Full-time, hourly position with commission
  • Candidates without direct sales experience may start on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis; experienced candidates may be considered for direct hire
