Our client is seeking a Security Architect to join their Information Security team. This role will support the identity and access management (IAM) initiatives and lead efforts to automate and enhance security operations. This position is hybrid. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage IAM systems, including single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and Active Directory.
  • Develop and deploy automation across security and enterprise IT tools.
  • Design and implement enterprise security solutions aligned with business goals and risk tolerance.
  • Develop countermeasures and mitigation strategies for known and emerging security threats.
  • Ensure consistent application of security measures and safeguard state data and technology services.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years’ experience in identity and access management, logging, and reporting systems.
  • 5+ years’ experience developing automation using Python or Bash.
  • Strong background in Linux, Windows, and network security protocols.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale IT environments or deployments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SIEM tools and analysis.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, CSF, CJIS, IRS 1075, CMS MARS-E).
  • Application security (AppSec) experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Information Security-related field, or eight (8) years of equivalent experience.
