Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Sales Support Specialist in Greenville, SC. In this role, you’ll be supporting the Business Development Manager to identify opportunities, nurture client relationships, and deliver exceptional advertising solutions. Your background in sales support, marketing, or project management will be an asset. This is a direct hire, onsite position in Greenville, SC.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support the Business Development Manager with client meetings (in person and virtual), proposals, and follow-ups to grow both new and existing accounts
  • Coordinate and execute ad scheduling, proposal preparation, contracts, and CRM/order entry
  • Deliver exceptional client service through prompt communication, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
  • Attend weekly internal sales meetings
  • Manage creative and CRM requests, ensuring projects stay on time and on brand
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and smooth campaign execution
  • Assist with sponsored events as needed
  • Support sales initiatives through lead generation, prospecting, inside sales calls and event participation
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
 
Benefits & Compensation:
  • $55,000 – $60,000
