We are partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company that specializes in cloud-based medical record systems as they continue to grow and expand! They are in need of a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to join their team as a Data Entry/Client Implementation Specialist. This position focuses on data entry and system setup and then transitions into implementation and onboarding of clients onto their platform.
This role is crucial in streamlining and making processes more efficient for the company and providing a positive experience for clients throughout onboarding.
Requirements:
- Professional experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and data entry tools
- Comfortable learning new technology and working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Exposure to SaaS, healthcare technology, or EHR systems
- Desire for career growth into onboarding, implementation, or customer success
