Job Responsibilities:
- Process customer policy change requests (notate every transaction in our management system AMS 360)
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Retain existing clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients and Account Managers.
- Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
