We are seeking motivated and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced, community-focused collections team in Greenville, SC. This position focuses on assisting consumers through inbound and outbound phone calls to resolve account balances with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Start Date: As soon as 11/3 
Pay: $18 

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with consumers regarding account resolutions, including payment plans, settlements, and dispute resolutions.

  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations while providing exceptional service.

  • Document call activity and account notes clearly and accurately.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and quality standards.

  • Use problem-solving skills to create individualized solutions for each consumer.

  • Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive, professional attitude.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; some college preferred.

  • Previous call center or collections experience a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting pay: $18/hour, increasing to $19/hour after approx. 4 months upon conversion to permanent.
