We are seeking motivated and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced, community-focused collections team in Greenville, SC. This position focuses on assisting consumers through inbound and outbound phone calls to resolve account balances with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Start Date: As soon as 11/3
Pay: $18
Key Responsibilities

Communicate with consumers regarding account resolutions, including payment plans, settlements, and dispute resolutions.

Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations while providing exceptional service.

Document call activity and account notes clearly and accurately.

Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and quality standards.

Use problem-solving skills to create individualized solutions for each consumer.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay: $18/hour, increasing to $19/hour after approx. 4 months upon conversion to permanent.
