            Responsibilities:
- Solicit, evaluate, and compare bids to support cost-effective purchasing decisions
 - Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and compliance for all trade partners and vendors
 - Oversee POs, change orders, and pricing data accuracy in ERP system
 - Collaborate with construction and design teams to align specs, schedules, and product selections
 - Monitor vendor performance, implement sourcing strategies, and drive continuous improvement
 
- High School Diploma Required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
 - Previous purchasing experience required. Experience in residential homebuilding strongly preferred
 - Proficiency in construction practices and terminology as well as the homebuilding process
 - Excellent analytical and communication skills
 - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
 - Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment
 
- $80-90k depending on experience
