Our client in Belton is looking to bring on another Customer Service Representative for their small office. The ideal candidate will have good customer service and computer skills and be comfortable navigating Microsoft Excel. This is a permanent Direct Hire role with great benefits!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer a majority of inbound calls and make some outbound calls

  • Take payments over the phone as well as in person

  • Set up new accounts as needed or suspend accounts if requested

  • Handle customer concerns and inquiries

  • Prepare bank deposits and balance cash drawer as needed

  • Assist Billing Manager

  • Prepare work orders as needed

Qualifications:

  • Professional, friendly customer service skills

  • Basic Excel spreadsheet experience with the ability to do basic formulas

  • Cash handling experience

  • Must pass credit check

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $21–22.50/hour

  • Health insurance covered 100%

  • Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time

Schedule:

  • On-site, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with an hour lunch
