We are seeking a proven Senior Estimator–Project Manager to join our team in the Greensboro Metro area. We specialize in rapid response and recovery for water, fire, smoke, and mold damage — serving commercial, residential, institutional, and governmental clients across the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Lead estimating and project management for commercial and residential restoration projects
- Work closely with business development to grow revenue in the Greensboro market
- Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and schedules under fast turnaround expectations
- Manage project execution to ensure safety, quality, profitability & client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain subcontractor/vendor partnerships for emergency response needs
- Support on-site operations, procurement, contract negotiation, and risk control
- Participate in pre-construction planning and cost modeling
- Assist during peak events such as hurricanes in an “all-hands-on-deck” structure
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in construction estimating & cost management
- Commercial restoration industry experience required
- Established relationships / book of business in the Greensboro market preferred
- Excellent communicator and collaborator under pressure
- Detail-oriented with an analytical approach to budgeting & scheduling
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with Xactimate or similar estimating software is required
