We are seeking a professional Financial Planning Administrator to join a growing team in Columbia, SC. This is a full time, permanent/direct hire position with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have LPL experience.
Job Description:
- Open new client accounts and process cash received for new accounts
- Maintain all required paperwork on existing client accounts
- Oversee trading and transfers and other trading functions within client accounts at the direction of advisors
- Oversee distributions from client accounts and acquisition of assets from transferring institutions
- Communicate with clients for required information needed to complete account opening and ongoing management at the direction of advisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong experience with MS Office Suites (including Excel, and Word)
- Familiarity with LPL’s operating platform (ClientWorks) and Redtail CRM preferred
Hours:
- Monday – Friday (8am to 5pm)
- ONSITE
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50,000 – $60,000
