A local college is seeking a professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist to support operations. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for students, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-desk experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, students, faculty, and staff in a friendly and professional manner

Manage phone calls, take messages, and route inquiries appropriately

Provide general administrative support to the center’s team

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Assist with scheduling, document management, and other clerical tasks as needed

Support day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth workflow
Ideal Candidate:

Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Professional, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a busy environment

Proficient with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (No Fridays)
Duration: Now through December 20 (Winter Break)
Pay: $16-$18/hour
