We are seeking a professional Financial Analyst to join a growing team in Spartanburg, SC. This is a full time, hybrid, Permanent/Direct Hire opportunity for a growing company! The ideal candidate will have previous experience in financial analysis and a bachelor’s degree.   
     
Responsibilities:     
  • Pull, compile, and validate financial data and generate recurring and ad-hoc reports
  • Review and interpret reports to identify trends, variances, and KPIs
  • Ensure and maintain data integrity for reporting and the general ledger 
  • Build dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to clearly communicate complex financial information and ensure accuracy across reporting processes
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to management
     
Qualifications:     
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analytics
  • Previous experience in Microsoft Office programs, SQL, and Power BI
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written    
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Monday to Friday     
  • Hybrid    
  • Permanent/Direct Hire     
     
Compensation:     
  • $80-85k, depending on experience
  • Health, Dental, Vision, FSA, Life, AD&D, LTD, STD, and really good PTO and Paid holidays
