This candidate must have at least 3 year in a supervisory role with account management experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of account managers to achieve performance goals and foster professional growth.
- Manage daily operations of client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for challenging client issues, maintaining strong and positive relationships.
- Track and analyze team performance metrics and client satisfaction scores; implement improvement strategies as needed.
- Partner with internal teams to assist clients in the best way possible.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives for new account management staff.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in account management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to mentor and motivate teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and resolving complex client needs.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Experience
- In depth third part administrator and insurance knowledge.
- Knowledge of health, dental, and vision plan administration.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Expertise in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
Compensation:
- $65,000-100,000 based on direct experience in this industry
- Health, dental, and vision benefits paid for 100% by employer
- PTO and Paid Holidays
- 401k plan and match up to 4%
Schedule: Monday through Friday, on-site in Greenville
