We are seeking an experienced full-time Service Director to manage operations for multiple service locations specializing in 2- and 4-cycle engines. This role requires a proactive leader who can jump in when needed, maintain customer satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily service operations and monitor shop performance using ProfitMax.
- Lead and develop a team of technicians and interns.
- Ensure timely repairs and efficient scheduling, including overtime during peak demand.
- Drive revenue results and implement process improvements.
- Travel weekly to key locations (mileage or company vehicle provided).
- 7–10 years in service operations, with 3+ years in leadership.
- Hands-on experience with 2- and 4-cycle engines.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with service management software (ProfitMax preferred).
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in a technical related field preferred
- STIHL and/or SCAG Certifications are a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $75K–$85K base + bonus opportunity
