Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced full-time Service Director to manage operations for multiple service locations specializing in 2- and 4-cycle engines. This role requires a proactive leader who can jump in when needed, maintain customer satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily service operations and monitor shop performance using ProfitMax.
  • Lead and develop a team of technicians and interns.
  • Ensure timely repairs and efficient scheduling, including overtime during peak demand.
  • Drive revenue results and implement process improvements.
  • Travel weekly to key locations (mileage or company vehicle provided).
Qualifications:
  • 7–10 years in service operations, with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with 2- and 4-cycle engines.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with service management software (ProfitMax preferred).
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in a technical related field preferred
  • STIHL and/or SCAG Certifications are a plus
 
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary: $75K–$85K base + bonus opportunity

Schedule:
  • Standard hours: 8 AM–5 PM, with flexibility for operational needs.
