A well known client of ours is seeking an experienced Food Services Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of campus dining operations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the student experience through exceptional food service, operational excellence, and innovative dining solutions. This position is fully onsite and direct hire. 

Responsibilities:
  • Direct daily operations for the dining hall, catering, and retail outlets; ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and negotiate vendor contracts for cost effective, high quality services.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise food service staff, foster a positive and collaborative work environment. 
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and service; collaborate with campus departments for events and programs.
  • Develop long term dining strategies aligned with institutional goals; implement sustainability initiatives. 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, Business Administration, or a related field ( Masters is preferred). 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food service management, prior experience in Higher Education is required. 
  • Strong leadership, financial management, and organizational skills, knowledge of food safety regulations; excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Preferred experience with sustainability initiatives and campus dining trends. 
Compensation & Benefits: 
  • $80k – $100k
