Description
- Coordinate recruiting logistics, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Support onboarding activities such as paperwork, system setup, and welcome experiences
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and compliance data
- Serve as a point of contact for HRIS, payroll, and benefits-related inquiries
- Assist with engagement initiatives, internal communications, and culture-building activities
- Support benefits enrollment and offboarding processes with professionalism and care
- Help maintain learning and development resources and assist with training logistics
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting support, or similar roles
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS platforms, productivity software)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—clear, professional, and approachable
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Service-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and adapt
- Overnight travel a few times per year
