Responsibilities:
- Advise hourly and salaried employees on benefits, payroll, policy interpretation, and EAP resources
- Build strong relationships with managers, employees, and key business partners
- Manage and conduct internal investigations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards across global jurisdictions
- Partner with managers to support retention, promote growth opportunities, and address employee relations
- Administer hourly compensation processes, systems, and wage progression programs
- Lead employee experience initiatives through leadership coaching and employee relations support
- Assist with benefits administration
- Serve as the back-up payroll processor
- Analyze workforce data to identify drivers of engagement, retention, and diversity to recommend solutions
- Oversee compliance with performance management systems for hourly employees and individual contributors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of corporate HR experience
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven ability to manage employee relations, investigations, and performance management processes
- Experience with benefits administration and payroll coordination
- Skilled in data analysis to drive HR strategies and improve engagement, retention, and diversity
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Compensation & Benefits:
- $65,000 – $75,000, based on experience
