A state agency is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced candidate for a Temporary Data Entry Specialist role. This will be a short-term contract role (1–2 months).

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and verify data in the new grants management platform.
  • Convert and migrate existing records from legacy systems.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency of all data during the transition process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
  • Follow established protocols for data handling and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with database systems or grant management software is a plus (but not required).

Compensation:

  • $20/hr
